Mr President
We have a new president...finally. After eight long years there is finally a breathe of fresh air and a renewed vigor in American government. I know and everyone else should understand that President Obama will not live up to this extraordinary hype he has been recieving. Comparisons to former President John F. Kennedy and Ronald Reagan are a little premature seeing to President Obama has spent a total of 24 hours in the White House as the new leader of the free world. But as I do not think he can live to such high expectations of him I do hope that he will prove me wrong and accomplish things that one day will have him compared to my favorite president, former President Dwight D. Eisenhower. I hope that President Obama and Secretary of State Hilary R. Clinton along with my new favorite person in government Dr Steven Chu Secretary of Energy can bring some change to the health care system in America. On a sub note I'm really pulling for Attorney General Andrew Cuomo to take up Clinton's senate seat he can, along with the federal government, revive our sagging health care system and bring it up higher than I believe we are 32nd on the world's list of health care in the world. Along with that I want to see President Obama to start shifting our soldiers to Afghanistan from Iraq. Reform our education system i.e. removing the stupid No Child Left Behind law, lets face it everyone sometimes children are going to be left behind. And of course saving this economy. Good luck Mr. President, you'll probably need it.
President Barack Obama
Our new president spoke about a renewed sense of citizen responsibility for our common nation. When he said this i couldn't have agreed more. Each of us, Americans, need that sense of duty and common spirit of responsibility. Not only to ourselves and our families but to that stranger who just moved in next door or the lady getting off the bus with a handful of bags. As Americans we need to once again join together in making this country what it was meant to be and that as one, united, we can accomplish anything and together we can not fail. I only hope that President Obama's words can ignite a nation that for too long has dabbled in selfish agendas and the imma get mine i hope you get yours mentality. I feel that he has a chance to band everyone of every color, race, and creed to not only do the right thing when someone's watching but to do the right thing because you and I know it's what makes this country prosper. He spoke about the unknown Americans who toiled in sweatshops and factories the unnamed heros who continue to push this nation to a better tommorow. We all need that sense of responsibility. For too long we have praised the celebrities and the rich for doing absolutly nothing. The likes of Paris Hilton and Flava Flav need to once and for all be exiled to their respective homes and hopfully never ever come up in the news again. Only time will tell if Mr President Obama's words changed the heart of the people here.

Boy Meets World
Boy Meets World was awwwwesome. I remember i use to watch it everyday when i got home. Located in Philly it was about this kid Cory Matthews and his best friend Shaun...Hunter i think yeah Hunter, anyways it starts with them in middle school and they go through their adventures and mess with their teacher Mr Feeny. FEENY! anyways they meet their classmate Topanga who Cory first finds weird. As time pass they enter high school and Cory and Topanga date and fall in love. Shaun's dad dies and his brother who he barely knows shows up and enters his life again. Cory's and Topanga's relationship is strained when she decides to leave with her family to Pittsburg. She returns later and all is dandy after a bit of tears. After awhile they go to college (for some reasons they all make it into the same college) and Shaun meets his love interest but i forgot her name. Theres other characters like Cory's brother who was hilarious but i can't remember his name. They ended it and i was sad but they kept showing reruns for awhile so it was okay. But now i can't find it anywhere on tv. AMAZING SHOW.
